What we collect
This website collects personal data in one place only: the contact form. When you submit it, we receive the information you choose to enter.
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name, if you provide one
- The subject you select and the message you write
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to read and reply to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
How it is handled
Contact form submissions are delivered to our team inbox by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. They are not stored in a database on this website.
This site is hosted on infrastructure that, like most web hosting, keeps standard server access logs including IP addresses. These are used for security and operational purposes and are retained by the hosting provider under its own policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained in our inbox for as long as they are relevant to an ongoing or potential working relationship. You may ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@mavis.com.my and we will respond within a reasonable period.
